We, the millennials, got a world obsessed with hard work. Success meant long hours, big offices, and always wanting more. But we wanted something different—balance, meaning, and businesses that reflect our values.
We saw how non-stop work hurt people, families, and the earth. We knew making money wasn't everything. There had to be a better way. So, we changed the game. We chose purpose over money, putting social good at the heart of what we do. We valued well-being more than endless work, knowing happy founders make successful businesses. We used tech to bring us closer, not keep us apart.
Our meetings went online, our teams spread across the globe. We swapped top-down for teamwork, competition for helping each other out. We found that supporting one another benefits everyone. Our workplaces mixed work with life, and we learned it's okay to say "no" because setting limits is healthy.
